Peter gave me exactly what I asked for in a beautiful design. I asked for a dog friendly environment where they can run and play without danger of poking out an eye or stuck by thorns. I asked for a fragrant area - trellised Jasmine is just wonderful. I asked for a colorful yard without flowers. He exceeded my expectations. He also corrected my sprinkler system appropriately.
We were delighted with the new look of our front yard. Peter was great to work with as we did several revisions of his original design. Despite the name of the firm, he does not use native plants only, but he is very knowledgeable about the growing requirements for a wide range of landscape materials. He and his team are professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile, even tracking down and fixing several problems that emerged with our older irrigation system. Peter is professional, knowledgeable, genuinely concerned about your needs and has a great team; so the work will be done quickly with Peter's direct participation and supervision. Beyond that, the work exceeded my expectations and speaks for its self. My little piece of paradise was completed punctually and as promised. There will be "outliers" in every scientific study that reviews statistical data, but that's why the grades on Angie's List are so meaningful. You can see how many people give each grade. One of things I liked best about Floridigenous was that during the estimating phase they really listened to what I wanted and then gave me a detailed estimate with an accurate price for the work.
Having a French Drain System installed became an important issue based on Florida’s existing rain season, in correlation to the close proximity of the lakefront homes within my community. Peter and his Floridigenous Team quickly proved themselves to be true professionals. Each cared; they listened, and reacted to your concerns, answering all questions. Days after completion, one side of my yard had a notable leveling issue, where additional soil was needed. I brought this matter to Peter’s attention and he scheduled a subsequent site visit to quickly resolve the matter. Impressive to say the least. As such, I highly recommend Peter and his Floridigenous Team! Please challenge them to improve upon your landscaping needs.
Wow! Our yard is gorgeous! Peter was just great in meeting with my husband and myself - he really listened to our ideas and included them in his plans. His knowledge of Florida landscapes is outstanding. So happy with the drip irrigation system he recommended and the lighting! It all came together so well. I hired Peter with Floridigenous Landscape to completely re-design the landscape for a client of mine on Snell Isle. The project was difficult with quite a few delays, but Peter was the consummate professional and worked with us in not so perfect conditions. His crew was excellent and hard working, many who have been with Peter for a long time. We even used Rudolf's Red Nose Holiday Lighting company, which Peter owns, to make the home beautiful for the holiday season. He is also doing the lighting for the new dock that was installed. His modern landscape design was creative, crisp but with amazing textures, and Peter was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with Peter on my next complete design project.
